Sun Hill is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced hotel setting in Littleton, CO. You will assign tasks, monitor room readiness, and coach team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest service.

The role requires 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience with supervisory skills, strong organization, and effective communication. A stable, on-site work environment is provided with opportunities to contribute to a luxury guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience required.
• Previous housekeeping supervisory or lead experience preferred, particularly in a high-volume, extended-stay hotel.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and organize a team while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize daily housekeeping activities based on occupancy, arrivals, departures, stayovers, room status, and operational needs.
• Assign rooms and tasks to Room Attendants, Housepersons, and other housekeeping team members according to workload and staffing levels.
• Monitor room status throughout the day and communicate with Front Office, Maintenance, and management.
• Adjust assignments and priorities as business needs change, including high-occupancy periods and urgent requests.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and spaces; address deficiencies promptly and verify corrective action.
