Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor for Residence Inn Columbus Polaris in Columbus, OH. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily housekeeping operations, coaches a team, and ensures guest rooms and public areas meet brand standards.

Formación

• 6 months to 1 year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
• Previous hotel housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to clean guest rooms according to brand standards and productivity expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, and pull throughout an entire shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support the daily activities of the housekeeping team.

• Assign daily work schedules, room assignments, and distribute keys.
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and training new housekeeping associates.
• Monitor inventory of linens, guest room supplies, and cleaning products.
• Report maintenance issues and ensure repairs are properly documented.
• Follow up on vacant, occupied, and inspected rooms to ensure readiness.Maintain and manage lost and found items according to company procedures.
• Step in to clean guest rooms and assist the team as needed.
• Promote a safe, positive, and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Summary

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, safe, and meet brand and company standards. This role leads by example, coaches team members, and helps create an exceptional experience for every guest.

What We're Looking For

• Six (6) months to one (1) year of housekeeping or hotel supervisory experience preferred.
