Residence Inn – Ft. Worth / Waterside is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor in Fort Worth, TX to lead the housekeeping team and ensure rooms and public areas meet hotel standards. You will coordinate with maintenance and front desk to address issues and maintain a spotless environment for guests.

The starting salary ranges from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, with wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days. This full-time position includes training and growth opportunities within the company and benefits

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience or supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to hotel standards.
• Train, schedule, and monitor housekeeping staff, providing guidance and feedback.
• Inspect guest rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and readiness for guests.
• Coordinate with maintenance and front desk to address housekeeping issues or requests.
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and amenities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the housekeeping department.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and ensure team alignment with service standards.
