Hilton Garden Inn Anchorage is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations, supervise staff, train team members, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding Hilton values.

You will coordinate with other departments, enforce SOPs, and handle guest inquiries, while maintaining inventory and safety standards. Evening and weekend coverage may be required; Anchorage location, on-site role with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and departmental policies.
• Respond to guest requests with accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Coordinate room assignments and communicate with other managers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, schedule, and train Housekeeping staff with guest relations in mind.
• Establish and ensure SOPs and policies; liaison with other managers.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee room, public areas, and inspection processes at shift starts.
• Maintain supplies, inventory control, and assign daily work sheets.
• Coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs and needs.
• Provide continuous communication among Housekeeping staff and other teams.
