Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare schedules for staff and complete the work distribution report.
• Thoroughly inspect guest rooms and public areas daily to ensure cleanliness per standards.
• Train and supervise new associates and provide ongoing training.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIPs.
• Maintain written records for lost and found.
• Run a departure report and recheck rooms in your section.
• Write up work orders for repairs and report safety hazards.
