Responsibilities

• Allocate rooms and plan deep cleaning tasks for team members.
• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area.
• Match guest needs with appropriate amenities and services.
• Ensure compliance with hotel/brand and company standards.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Maintenance/Engineering Department.
• Assist Executive Housekeeper with training and team development.
• Represent team needs to other hotel departments.
