Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare staff schedules and distribute workload.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas daily for cleanliness per standards.
• Train and supervise new associates; provide ongoing training for current staff.
• Check for early make-ups, special requests and VIP guests.
• Maintain written records for lost and found.
• Run departure reports and recheck rooms in your section.
• Write up work orders for repairs and report safety hazards immediately.
