Courtyard by Marriott Seattle North – Lynnwood in Lynnwood, WA is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor. You will oversee housekeeping operations, ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas, and maintain compliance with health regulations.

Lead staff through on‑the‑job training, enforce service standards, respond to guest concerns, and work with Engineering on maintenance issues. Maintain training records and help meet departmental productivity and quality goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping operations and ensure cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain positive employee relations.
• Train and model guest service standards with staff.
• Ensure training for department employees is completed and records maintained.
• Analyze quality issues and address training needs.
• Coordinate with Engineering to report maintenance issues.
• Attend department and hotel meetings to ensure proper communication/planning.
• Support housekeeping and laundry initiatives and productivity standards.
• Maintain high attention to detail and strong communication.
• Adhere to all CSM SOPs.
