Residence Inn Charleston Riverview is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the hotel’s housekeeping team in Charleston, SC. Open availability across weekdays, weekends and holidays is required.

Compensation is based on experience, with benefits including health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and more. The supervisor will ensure guest room and public spaces meet Auro and franchise standards, train staff, and monitor safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee overall cleanliness and efficiency of housekeeping operations.
• Prepare staff work schedules based on occupancy forecasts and supervise daily activities.
• Inspect public spaces and guest rooms for quality and safety.
• Train associates on cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments and manage payroll within budget.
