Job summary

The role requires a flexible schedule including early shifts, weekends, and holidays; prior housekeeping supervisory experience; and strong attention to detail. Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED is required.
• Six months to one year of related supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.
• Verify room status on reports and update status of check-out rooms.
• Ensure assigned staff report to work and document any lateness.
• Coordinate breaks and distribute assignment sheets to staff.
• Inspect rooms cleaned by attendants and verify deficiencies are corrected.
• Inspect public areas, fitness center, pool area and service areas.
• Directly contact staff to relay deficiencies and ensure corrections.
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties; review status with supervisor.
