Job summary

Massanutten Resort in Virginia seeks a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to assist the hotel manager, supervise daily operations, and train associates on safety standards. This on-site role requires strong communication, self-motivation, and a detail-oriented approach. Weekend bonuses are available.

Full-time, hours 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, pay $15.00 per hour, with comprehensive benefits including medical, vision, life, dental, ESOP, paid holidays, and uniform provided.

Job Description

The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor will be assisting the hotel manager in supervising daily hotel operations, monitor and supervise hotel personnel to ensure effective task completion in a safe and efficient manner. Train associates on safety standards and enforce those standards on a consistent basis. Previous office and supervisory experience are preferred. Must be self-motivated, hardworking, detail-oriented individuals with good attendance and good communication skills. Weekend bonus available.
