Job summary

Massanutten Resort is seeking a Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor to support the hotel manager in daily operations, supervise staff, and enforce safety standards. The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong attendance, and excellent communication.

Weekend bonus is available. The position is full-time, standard daytime hours, with benefits including medical, vision, dental, ESOP, 7 paid holidays, and uniforms.

Responsibilities

• Create assignments in order to achieve goals throughout all hotel work areas on a daily basis.
• Ensure employees meet quality and production standards.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and documenting disciplinary actions.
• Assist with payroll, recordkeeping and report writing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

Days

Typical Schedule

• Days rotate on set schedule:
  • Off every other Monday and Friday
  • Off every other Saturday and Sunday

Hours

• 8:00 AM-4:30 PM

Compensation

• Pay: $15.00/Hour
