Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a full-time Housekeeper-Hotel Hospitality in Fresno, CA to maintain clean, orderly and attractive guest areas by supervising the housekeeping and laundry operations.

You will ensure standards and procedures of the hotel are followed, provide prompt, courteous service, and coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs. Requirements include customer service experience, fluency in English, medical fitness, ability to lift up to 50 lb and push/pull 150 lb, and

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in any service establishment.
• Ability to speak English fluently.
• Medically fit; in overall good general health.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to meet quality standards.
• Ensure department operates per hotel standards and guidelines.
• Provide prompt, courteous guest service and feedback to supervisor.
• Assign rooms, train staff, and manage linen/inventory responsibilities.
• Respond to guest complaints and coordinate with Front Office for resolutions.
