Job Overview: The Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor ensures guests feel welcome by maintaining clean, comfortable guestrooms and common areas according to company and AAA standards.

Responsibilities include:

• Project a positive image and greet guests and team members
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff
• Assign daily tasks and conduct property inspections
• Manage inventory, supplies, and the hotel’s lost-and-found
• Create work schedules and handle payroll
• Act as “Manager on duty” to resolve guest issues
• Coordinate with other departments and ensure room availability
• Record hotel statistics and incidents in shift reports
• Promote safety and conduct team evaluations

Requirements:

• Must be 21 or older
• High School diploma or GED; associate’s degree or supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in hotel housekeeping or supervisory roles
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods
• Good communication skills; ability to operate office equipment
• Willing to work odd hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must hold or obtain an Occupational License as per Illinois Gaming Act

Pay and Benefits: $18.45 - $25.03/hour plus full benefits including health insurance, 401K, bonuses, and more.
