Responsibilities include stocking supplies, observing knock procedures, cleaning rooms, completing checklists, reporting damages, and upholding safety rules. A neat appearance and teamwork are required; shifts vary to meet hotel needs.

Responsibilities

• Stocks housekeeping bag to ensure cleaning supplies and amenities are available.
• Observes knocking procedures before entering a guest room.
• Cleans guest rooms and ensures amenities are stocked.
• Completes housekeeping checklist and marks rooms for inspection.
• Reports damages, hazards, or safety issues to management.
• Follows safety, security procedures, and emergency procedures.
• Maintains neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
• Assists other housekeeping staff as needed.
