Job summary

Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a diligent Housekeeping Associate to clean and maintain guest room floors, replenish linens, and deliver items to guests and team members. The role operates on a 24/7 schedule with varying shifts and emphasizes safety, appearance, and guest service.

You will assist other housekeeping staff, stock closets, and transport items between rooms and the kitchen, ensuring hotel standards are met and guests receive timely service.

Qualifications

• Clean and maintain corridors, vending areas, elevators and landings on guest room floors.
• Provide linen supplies for Room Attendants and stock floor closets.
• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and Floor Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Review assigned area and remove trash or debris on floors.
• Stock linen room with clean linen and supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of floor closets and carts.
• Transport dirty glassware to kitchen and return cleaned items to closets.
• Follow safety procedures and report property condition deficiencies.
