Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and safety standards.
• Verify cleaning procedures, sanitation guidelines, and equipment use by room attendants.
• Identify deficiencies, document findings, and communicate corrective actions to the team.
• Perform re-inspections to confirm issues are resolved and standards are met.
• Support training by reinforcing proper cleaning techniques and safety practices.
• Respond to guest concerns related to room quality and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Maintain inspection records, productivity logs, and quality-assurance reports.
• Communicate with Housekeeping leadership, Front Desk, and Engineering to support readiness and priorities.
• Assist with inventory checks for linens, amenities, and supplies.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, service-oriented demeanor at all times.
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as required.
