• Schedule, evaluate and direct housekeeping staff
• Coach and counsel associates and administer disciplinary actions if necessary

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure QA standards
• Maintain inventory of supplies and cleaning materials
• Supervise housekeeping and in-house laundry operations
• Interview, hire and train new staff
• Lead department meetings and safety committee activities
• Report maintenance issues and follow up on repairs
• Contribute to budget and payroll forecasting
