Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeping Manager at the Long Beach Hilton to lead the housekeeping team and ensure a premier guest experience. This on-site role focuses on staff leadership, operations, and budget management to maintain high cleanliness standards in a busy hotel.

You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and supply costs while coaching staff and maintaining brand standards through Atrium’s Cleanliness Assured program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading housekeeping teams.
• 3+ years in hotel housekeeping management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Housekeeping team to deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Engage with guests warmly, handle concerns swiftly, and ensure standards are met.
• Manage department finances by scheduling, payroll, and supply costs.
• Oversee staffing from interviewing to coaching and performance management.
• Train Associates on brand standards and Atrium’s cleanliness programs.
