Everhome Suites Salem is seeking an experienced Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead the housekeeping team, uphold cleanliness standards, and optimize labor costs. This role drives guest satisfaction by maintaining high-quality rooms and public areas while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will coach staff, conduct inspections, manage budgets, and collaborate with other departments to deliver an exceptional guest experience at our Salem property.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is preferred but not essential.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Willingness to train and develop team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
