About The Role

We’re looking for an engaging, detail-oriented, and hands-on Hotel Housekeeping Manager to lead and inspire our housekeeping team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the property, ensuring a consistently outstanding experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional service
• Ensure all rooms and public spaces meet brand and company cleanliness standards
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely supply ordering
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to enhance guest satisfaction scores
• Implement operational improvements and foster a positive team culture
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 3 years of proven experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to cleanliness and guest service excellence
• Specific brand experience preferred
• Proficient in English language/Bilingual is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays
