Job summary

CCC Management II LLC is seeking a Houseperson to support housekeepers and supervisors in maintaining a clean and orderly hotel environment. You will contribute to a fast-paced setting with a friendly attitude and strong guest service skills.

The role requires effective communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask across housekeeping tasks. You will participate in training, maintain professional appearance, and work flexible shifts including holidays, nights, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and staff.
• Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns.
• Able to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a friendly, service-oriented demeanor with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Walk assigned floors at the beginning and end of shift and report issues.
• Use proper two-way radio etiquette when communicating with teammates.
• Complete daily checklists and handle housekeeping tasks as assigned.
• Assist Housekeeping and Supervisors with maintaining cleanliness and order.
• Report maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
