Home2 Suites is seeking a motivated Housekeeper to maintain clean suites and public areas. Responsibilities include room preparation, cart setup, and safe operation of cleaning equipment. You will report issues to the Executive Housekeeper and support guest requests with a professional demeanor.

The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends, strong time management, and clear English communication. Candidates must follow brand standards and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel, housekeeping and hotel laundry operations.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Long hours sometimes required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Friendly, cooperative manner and patience with customers and staff.
• Must communicate clearly and professionally in English.
• Must understand and follow directions and work objectives.
• Must understand hazards and procedures when working with cleaning agents.
• Must maintain security of guest belongings and show integrity.

Responsibilities

• Receives a list of rooms at the start of shift and cleans designated suites and public areas.
• Pre-cleaning duties: guest supplies, linens, and supplies for cart setup.
• Use of cleaning equipment and PPE; follow safety procedures.
• Prepare housekeeping cart for the next day’s use.
• Remove trash and dirty linen from guest suites.
• Keep hallways and public areas clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Report missing items to the Executive Housekeeper.
• Communicate with hotel staff to accommodate guest requests.
• Participate in all-employee meetings and other management-required functions.
