• Monitor all housekeeping employees and their daily activities while on the floor. Report any issues to housekeeping manager immediately.
• Assist housekeeping managers with office duties and back of house duties, including but not limited to lost and found, shipping and daily offices procedures.
• Assist in cleaning rooms or laundry if the need occurs.
• Assist in special projects as assigned.
• Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude towards guests at all times.
