Job summary

Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin in Dublin, Ohio is seeking a Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping department and uphold Hilton standards of cleanliness, guest comfort, and operational efficiency.

You will manage guest rooms, public areas, and laundry, recruit and coach a diverse team, optimize schedules and labor costs, and partner with Front Office and Engineering to resolve guest concerns and maintain exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of housekeeping management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Previous experience with Hilton or other major hotel brands preferred.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces.
• Lead and mentor Supervisors, Attendants, and support staff to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules based on occupancy and budgets.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and departmental performance.
• Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards, safety, and sanitation procedures.
