Embassy Suites by Hilton Columbus Dublin is seeking an experienced Director of Housekeeping to lead our housekeeping team and uphold Hilton brand standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. This full-time, salaried role focuses on quality control, staff development, inventory management, and operational efficiency.

You will oversee guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house spaces, collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and Human Resources, and ensure safety and sanitation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of housekeeping management experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with Hilton or other major hotel brands is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Experience managing housekeeping schedules, labor costs, inventory, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
• Supervise and support Housekeeping Supervisors and team members.
• Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate staff to maintain a positive work environment.
• Prepare and manage employee schedules based on occupancy and labor budgets.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and departmental performance.
