Job summary

The Flamingo Resort & Spa seeks a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, welcoming environment for guests and support the housekeeping department.

You will perform room cleaning, linen handling, and safety-compliant duties while collaborating with team members to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.
• Replenish guest room supplies including toiletries, towels, and amenities.
• Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to established quality and productivity standards.
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager or supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
• Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Maintain carts and storage areas in an organized and clean condition.
• Support team members and assist in other housekeeping duties as assigned.
