Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Housekeeper for Flamingo Resort & Spa in Santa Rosa, CA. You will maintain clean guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards, ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction throughout shifts.

The role requires physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Compensation ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with equal opportunity employment across locations.

Qualifications

Set on a 10-acre campus, it is an incomparable property for both its city access and sense of complete retreat.What you will have an opportunity to do:The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning guest rooms and assigned areas in accordance with the standards of Flamingo Resort & Spa. This role ensures the highest level of cleanliness and guest satisfaction while supporting the overall operation of the housekeeping department.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesClean and service assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.Make beds, change linens, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.Replenish guest room supplies including toiletries, towels, and amenities.Ensure all rooms are cleaned and inspected according to established quality and productivity standards.Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damaged items to the Housekeeping Manager or supervisor.Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.Properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.Maintain carts and storage areas in an organized and clean condition.Support team members and assist in other housekeeping duties as assigned.What are we looking for?QualificationsPrevious housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and customer service skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.Ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift.Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays based on business needs.Compensation:$18.00-$20.00Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
