Job summary

Concord invites applications for Room Attendants (Housekeepers) at our High Point location. You will help deliver clean, comfortable spaces that set the tone for a welcoming guest experience.

Responsibilities include cleaning and servicing guest rooms to standard, restocking amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and maintaining supplies. Weekend and holiday availability is required; physical work involves lifting up to 40 lbs and standing throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain active throughout shift.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
