ESA Management, LLC seeks a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms per company standards, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You will maintain carts, handle laundry areas, and report issues to the front desk, while supporting guest needs with a proactive, safety-conscious approach.

The role emphasizes adherence to guidelines, teamwork, and reliability, with full-time hours and a supportive work environment within Extended Stay America properties on Long Island.

Qualifications

• Clear communication with manager and staff; follow instructions and guidelines.
• Follow guidelines, time objectives, and productivity standards.
• Exercise good judgment at all times.
• No prior experience or training required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a 100% commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
