Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards and procedures, ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for guests.

You will maintain carts, stock supplies, report maintenance to the front desk, and assist with guest requests while upholding safety and security policies in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.
• Ability to follow guidelines and adhere to time objectives.
• Effective communication with manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates commitment to providing the best possible guest experience.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms according to company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodations when possible.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required safety training.
