• Follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives and productivity measurements.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues directly to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists with guest requests whenever possible and practical.
• Complies with all safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes all required Extended Stay University training.
