Job summary

Extended Stay America in Norco, CA is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures. You will contribute to delivering the best possible guest experience by ensuring rooms are clean, well-stocked, and ready for new guests.

The position requires no prior experience; training is provided. You will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, adhere to safety policies, and support other housekeeping duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines and the ability to engage in effective communication with the manager and staff.
• Understand and follow guidelines, adhere to time objectives, productivity measurements and similar company standards and expectations.
• Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed and directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Supports guest requests and provides accommodation when possible.
• Follows safety and security policies and completes training.
