Job summary

MCR Hotels, operators of Hilton Garden Inn Dublin, is looking for a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms, hallways and public areas with a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort. You will stock supplies, attend morning stand-up, and assist with linen handling as needed.

The role requires a positive, Can-Do attitude and the ability to follow guidelines while maintaining high cleanliness standards in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or related service preferred.
• Can-Do Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to Follow Guidelines: Follow established procedures.
• Handle Pace and Pressure: Work well in stressful situations.
• Listening, Conflict Resolution and Communication: Resolve concerns clearly.
• Hospitality and Guest Service: Desire to serve all guests.
• Age: Must be 18 years or older.
• Schedule: Varied shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Cleaning and Stocking: stock supplies, attend stand-up, prepare equipment.
• Clean and stock rooms: thoroughly clean guest rooms per shift.
• Additional cleaning projects: clean storage, public spaces, and other areas as needed.
