Embassy Suites Grand Rapids Downtown is seeking a Housekeeper for a fast-paced, guest-focused team. The role involves cleaning guest rooms, corridors and public areas while upholding Suburban Inns brand standards and delivering 100% guest satisfaction.

The position offers a weekend premium, starting wage of $16.00/hour with an extra $2.00/hour for weekend hours, and the possibility of internship-style eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to interpret and extract information and perform arithmetic functions.
• No formal education required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests in a friendly manner and make them feel welcome.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways and public areas to brand standards.
• Inspect rooms for safety and report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Stock supplies and ensure carts are organized and ready for shifts.
