Staybridge Suites - Okemos, Michigan is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper/Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to Hilton and 6PM Hospitality standards. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, spotless guest experience every day.

You’ll greet guests warmly, make beds, clean bathrooms, restock amenities, and assist with laundry and storage. The role requires reliability, strong teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused, reliable, and professional.
• Physically able to lift 30+ lbs and stand, walk, and bend frequently.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communicator and team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces to Hilton and 6PM Hospitality standards.
• Make beds, change linens, scrub bathrooms, dust, vacuum, and restock amenities.
• Handle laundry and maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas.
• Report maintenance issues and guest concerns to supervisors.
• Inspect rooms for quality, safety, and compliance.
• Assist Executive and Assistant Executive Housekeeper with tasks as needed.
• Maintain a positive attitude and keep team morale high.
• Follow safety procedures, operational processes, and brand standards.
