Job summary

Raymond Management Company is seeking a Part-Time Room Attendant to maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas at our Milwaukee property. The role offers wage increases at 30, 60, and 90 days, with starting pay $15.00–$16.00 per hour based on experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, enjoys contributing to a welcoming guest experience, and can work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Training and growth opportunities are provided, with travel discounts and benefits for all teammates.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a positive attitude and be willing to learn.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and guest comfort.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus, training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to high cleanliness standards.
• Restock supplies, change linens, vacuum, dust, and sanitize rooms and bathrooms.
• Communicate with front desk and maintenance teams to address guest requests.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards for guests and teammates.
• Work as part of a team to meet and exceed guest expectations.

What You’ll Do:
