Job summary

Home2 Suites by Hilton Kittery, part of Colwen Hotels, seeks a friendly Houseperson to maintain the hotel’s public areas and assist the housekeeping team with supplies and deliveries. You will manage daily tasks to ensure great service and smooth operations.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, responding to requests, stocking carts, and supporting room attendants. The role requires flexibility for a 7-day rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and pleasant demeanor.
• Willingness to work a 7-day rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of hotel public areas.
• Stock and deliver supplies to housekeeping as needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and department needs.
• Assist with room attendant support and other duties as assigned.
