Extended Stay America, Inc. is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards and procedures, ensuring a welcoming and spotless environment for guests.

You will maintain carts and laundry areas, stock supplies, and promptly report maintenance issues to the front desk or on-duty manager. The role involves assisting guests with requests when possible, following safety policies, and completing required training.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training necessary.

Responsabilités

• Cleans assigned guest rooms in accordance with company standards, policies and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to company standards.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk or manager on duty.
• Assists guests and provides reasonable accommodation when possible and practical.
• Performs safety and security duties as required and completes Extended Stay University training.
