Job summary

ESA Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with our standards, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and welcoming stay for guests. You will follow detailed cleaning procedures, respect privacy, and contribute to a consistently positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include maintaining tidy carts and supply areas, reporting maintenance and guest-property issues promptly, assisting with other hotel areas when needed, and completing required trainings to

Qualifications

Understand instructions, policies, and guidelines; communicate with manager and staff.
Follow guidelines, meet time objectives and productivity standards.
Apply good judgment at all times.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards.
Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard.
Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed or directed by management.
Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
Reports any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to front desk/manager on duty.
Assists with guest requests when possible.
Complies with safety and security policies.
Completes Extended Stay University training.
