Job summary

ESA Management, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in accordance with company standards, ensuring a superior guest experience. The role requires adherence to safety policies and participation in ongoing training.

Responsibilities include maintaining carts and laundry areas, assisting with guest requests, and supporting other hotel areas as needed. Excellent teamwork and reliability are essential to uphold our cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Understand instructions and guidelines while maintaining open communication with management.
• Follow guidelines, policies, and time objectives to meet productivity standards.
• Apply good judgment at all times when assisting guests and handling duties.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes a 100% commitment to guest experience.
• Cleans assigned guest rooms per company standards and procedures.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, cart rooms and laundry areas to standard while in use.
• Stocks carts and cart rooms as needed per directions.
• Reports maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Reports any remaining guest property in a check-out room to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Assists guests with reasonable accommodations when possible and practical.
• Complies with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Completes required Extended Stay University training.
• Assists with cleaning other areas of the hotel as assigned by management.
• Maintains overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by the management team.
