Job summary

Loews Hotels at Universal Orlando is seeking a housekeeping professional to maintain guest rooms to Loews standards. You will clean and sanitize rooms, replace amenities, and ensure guest comfort.

The role requires experience in hospitality, English communication, and ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. OSHA training is required within 30 days; HOTSOS familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or relevant industry required.
• Previous experience with housekeeping preferred.
• Familiarity with HOTSOS preferred.
• Must complete OSHA-mandated safety training within the first 30 days of employment.
• Position requires the ability to communicate effectively in English with team members, leaders, and guests.
• Position requires flexibility to work a varied schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Prolonged standing, lifting 100+ pounds repetitively, and exposure to outdoor elements may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all assigned rooms within shift time requirements, beds, floors, bathrooms, and surfaces.
• Uses proper chemicals as described by safety regulations.
• Perform all job responsibilities safely using PPE and appropriate tools.
• Replaces all amenities and linens according to Loews standards.
• Maneuver housekeeping carts with supplies, amenities, clean linen, and keep carts organized.
• Operate a Smartphone device to access guest room assignments and report unusual room conditions or repair needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
