Job summary

InTown Suites is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming guest spaces at our Austin-area property. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas and shared spaces to meet brand standards and guest expectations.

The role supports guest satisfaction through meticulous upkeep, timely turnover, and proactive safety practices. You will work a flexible schedule and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping and laundry SOPs and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Capable of cleaning the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform cleaning tasks including stairs and hallways.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all hotel areas to standard even if not assigned.
• Clean bathrooms, kitchen, dining areas and surfaces.
• Vacuum and wash floors per procedures.
• Dust and polish furnishings and appliances.
• Keep exterior room appearance maintained.
• Notify supervisor of room readiness and guest concerns.
• Restock housekeeping supplies at end of shift.
