InTown Suites in Corpus Christi, TX is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards and guest service expectations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and techniques.
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to clean the minimum required rooms per shift.
• Ability to scrub and scour surfaces and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to perform various housekeeping/laundry tasks as needed.
• Ability to visually inspect cleanliness and presentation.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs.
• Remove trash and debris from rooms and surrounding areas.
• Maintain all hotel areas to company standards.
• Clean baths, including tub, toilet, sinks, and fixtures.
• Clean kitchen/dining areas and appliances.
• Vacuum and wash floors per procedures.
• Maintain furnishings and equipment; dust and polish.
• Keep room exteriors tidy (siding, doors, windows).
• Restock housekeeping supplies; notify supervisor of issues.
• Operate housekeeping equipment per SOPs.
• Report safety concerns and guest issues promptly.
• Provide superior guest service.
