InTown Suites in Smyrna, GA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine and deep cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, laundry areas, and common spaces to meet cleanliness standards and guest expectations.

The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, safe work practices, and ability to work with flexible schedules. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus; training provided to help you excel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of housekeeping/laundry SOPs and techniques
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Ability to clean the minimum rooms per shift
• Ability to scrub surfaces and bend/squat as needed
• Flexibility to perform various housekeeping tasks
• Eyes for quality in cleanliness and presentation
• Ability to multitask under time pressure

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to SOPs
• Remove trash from rooms and surrounding areas
• Maintain all areas up to company standards
• Clean bath areas (tub, toilet, sinks)
• Clean kitchen and dining areas
• Vacuum and wash floors
• Maintain furnishings by dusting and polishing
• Clean outside of room (siding, A/C grill, doors, windows)
• Notify Head Guest Room Attendant on room readiness
• Restock housekeeping cart
• Operate housekeeping equipment
• Notify supervisor of safety violations
• Notify supervisor of guest concerns
• Maintain superior customer service
