Job summary

Holiday Inn Cincinnati - Liberty Way is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain spotless guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring every guest feels at home. You’ll greet guests warmly, restock supplies, and work efficiently with the team to uphold our standards of cleanliness.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, and reporting issues promptly. This role offers part-time hours with on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement within Seva Hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete rooms within shift.
• Prior housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms daily, including making beds, changing linens, and replenishing towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust furniture and fixtures to brand standards
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Restock in-room supplies such as soap, shampoo, coffee, and stationery
• Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, and lost-and-found items promptly
• Organize the linen closet and restock your cart at the end of each shift to prepare for the next day
• Greet guests warmly and assist with any immediate needs or requests encountered during your shift
