Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to brand standards (bathrooms, living areas, sleeping spaces).
• Complete daily service tasks (trash removal, towel exchange, surface wipe-downs).
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and back-of-house spaces.
• Restock housekeeping carts, storage closets, and guest supplies.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
• Support team members and communicate with the Housekeeping Executive and Front Desk.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
