Job summary

Holiday Inn Cincinnati Riverfront in Covington, KY is seeking a Housekeeping team member to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public areas in line with hotel standards.

Weekend availability is required, and prior experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training to the IHG Way of Clean will be provided to help you perform duties to the highest standards and guest satisfaction. You will work with a friendly team, follow safety protocols, and report maintenance issues promptly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, security and presentation of all assigned rooms in line with hotel standards.
• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms according to the guest’s stay status.
• Inspect and clean all facilities, furniture, and fixtures, report damage to supervisors.
• Attend to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Complete and update allocation sheets with room status, linen changes, and special requests.
