Job summary

Drury Hotels Meridian is hiring both full-time and part-time housekeepers. You will help maintain clean rooms and common areas, assist guests, and uphold our service standards.

We offer competitive starting hourly pay, quarterly bonuses up to $3,200, paid time off, hotel discounts, free room nights, and a company-wide 401(k). Prior cleaning experience isn't required; two years of high school is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive guest environment.
• Ensure experiences are exceptional and positive for guests and team.
• Perform hotel cleaning duties to keep rooms clean per standards.
• Visually inspect rooms and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Assist in laundry or public spaces when needed.
• Weekends work may be required.
