Qualifications

• Understanding of hotel cleaning procedures and supplies.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.

• Ability to walk and stand for the shift; lift 25–35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Perform hotel cleaning services to keep rooms clean per standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, amenities, or information on request.
• Support laundry and public areas when needed.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
